Two six-story buildings on the 12th green of the Golf Course at Ballantyne Resort, two additional Bissell Development current projects, will add approximately 300,000 square feet of environmentally sustainable Class "A" office space to the Ballantyne Corporate Park upon their completion late spring/early summer 2008.
